Most residential cleanings fall between $150 and $400 depending on window count, stories, and whether you'd like inside + outside or just outside. Use the estimator on our home page for a 30-second ballpark, or send us a few photos for a firm quote.
A standard cleaning is the outside of your windows — streak-free, hand-detailed, and finished with a final walk-around. Frames, sills, and the inside of the glass are available as add-ons if you'd like a deeper clean.
For outside-only cleanings, no — we just need water access and a clear path. For inside + outside, someone over 18 should be home to let us in. We're happy to work around your schedule.
A typical 15-window exterior takes about 2 hours. Larger homes, interior + exterior, or hard-water restoration can run 4–6 hours. We give you an honest window when we book.
Sprinkler etching is one of our specialties. We use restoration compounds and a gentle hand-polish to bring the glass back. Severe cases may need two sessions — we'll always tell you up front what to expect.
Yes — just soap and water. It's simple, it works, and it's safe around pets, plants, kids, and paint.
Before we collect payment, we walk around the house or store with you and make sure everything looks good. If you spot anything we missed, we fix it right then — no invoicing, no rebooking, no arguments.

We do — weekly, biweekly, or monthly, typically before opening hours. We invoice monthly.
Light rain is fine — clean glass actually stays clean longer in a rinse. If there's a real storm, we'll reschedule at no charge.
